The miss log is a self-writing roadmap
Every question your site could not answer, in the asker's own words.

The lesson is written out below. The video comes after.
Once your site can say “I do not know,” something useful starts happening in the background.
Every unanswered question gets written down, in the visitor’s own phrasing, which is almost never the phrasing you would have used. That list is a content roadmap you did not have to research, sorted by real frequency rather than by what you assume people wonder about.
Then it compounds: you answer one, and it is answered forever, for everybody who asks it afterwards. Your customers are writing your curriculum, and the only thing you had to build was the humility to log the misses.
The one thing to keep
Answer it once and it knows forever. Your customers become your curriculum.

Your bot should never improvise
Retrieval only. It answers from what you documented, or it says it does not know and captures the question.
The Answer BarBars get used, bubbles get ignored
Why a corner chat widget gets one or two percent engagement and a search bar in the hero gets used.
