Software finally caught up to your brain
You were never scattered. You had more ideas than your tools could execute, and that gap closed about a year ago.

For most of my life, having an idea and making it real were separated by months, money, or a person I had to hire. So the ideas piled up and most of them died in that gap — quietly, one at a time, over about thirty years.
Because they died quietly I drew the obvious conclusion about myself. Scattered. Bad at follow-through. Starts things, does not finish them. I suspect you have had the same conversation with yourself.
It was wrong, and here is the mechanism. I was not producing too many ideas. My tools were executing too few of them. Those are different problems with different fixes, and the second one was never going to be solved by trying harder — it was waiting on capability that did not exist yet.
It exists now. Which means the ratio flipped, and the backlog in your head stopped being evidence of a flaw and started being inventory.
The one thing to keep
It was a timing problem, not a character problem.
