The demand map
Cross your real positions against real volume and three lists fall out.

The lesson is written out below. The video comes after.
This is one join, and it produces the most useful document in the business.
Take your actual ranking positions on one side and real search volume on the other, and cross them. Three lists fall out. Keywords where you rank eight to fifteen β small pushes, page one is in reach. Keywords with real volume where you do not rank at all β that is your build list. And keywords where you rank well and get no clicks, which is almost always a title problem, not a content problem.
What you have at the end is not a report. It is a queue, ranked by how much each item is worth, and it will keep you busy for a year.
The one thing to keep
A twelve-month roadmap in one afternoon, ranked by opportunity size.
