I run my entire business by talking to my computer
No WordPress login, no dashboard, no code editor. A walk, a voice message, and an approval on a phone.

The lesson is written out below. The video comes after.
I want to show you a day rather than describe a philosophy, because the philosophy sounds like marketing and the day is just checkable.
I have not logged into WordPress to do anything in about six months. I have not logged into Facebook Ads or Google Ads. What happens instead is that I talk β usually on a walk β and what comes back is a thing that was built, with a note about what it changed and what it needs from me.
The part that surprised me is not the speed. It is that the work got better, because describing what I want forces me to actually know what I want, and that used to be the step I skipped by going straight to clicking.
The one thing to keep
The dashboard was never the work. It was the interface to the work.
